Phil Kening, Principal
Phil is a marketing executive who brings a strong
strategic focus gained from combining 18 years as a consultant
and researcher with 12-plus years
in a senior-level marketing capacity for Fortune 100 companies in consumer packaged-goods and
the hospitality industry.
Phil teaches marketing and
advertising classes at Richard Stockton
College and is a frequent guest lecturer at other business schools.
He has a B.S. in Journalism and an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois
University.
Phil directs client services for Beacon.

George Latella, SVP
Business Development
George is a
seasoned executive with 23 years of senior level sales and
marketing experience in consumer packaged-goods. He has
developed products, programs and people to solve problems of
trade customers and their consumers.
George is a thought leader and currently teaches undergraduate
and graduate classes in the Food Marketing programs at St.
Joseph's University.
He has a B.S. in Marketing from Drexel University and an M.B.A.
from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph's University.

Erica Deegan, Program
Director
Erica has been with
Beacon Marketing for 11 years. Erica has an eye for detail,
excellent communication skills and manages client programs to
ensure flawless execution. Erica is a graduate of Rowan
University with a B.S. in Business Administration where she is a
regular guest speaker and manages an internship program.
Rid Francisco, Creative Director
Rid has 28 years of experience
developing and designing both advertising and collateral support programs for a
wide variety of clients. He has received numerous regional and national creative
awards for his advertising and graphic design. Rid is responsible for overseeing
all Beacon creative development - from strategy and concept through finished production.
